At Rhythm, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
